RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.

You will get the form and the shipping address for returns.

All returns must be shipped back to us within five (5) working days of the request approval.

The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Please note, items purchased at a 30% or more discount are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

If a dispute arises about the fact of the product's use, an independent examination is carried out.

Nué reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense, and a refund will not be issued. 

Please note that the sender bears the costs and risks on the return of items.


EXCHANGES

 

If you are interested in a different size or colour, please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to check product availability. If the item is available, we will hold it for you, and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the specified address.

The exchange is made only once for the same merchandise in different sizes or colours. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

DAMAGES/INCORRECT ITEMS REFUND

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us via email within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise. We’ll send you a shipping label to return the merchandise. Once you receive the label, please return damaged items with the original box and packaging. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt. We will not accept items damaged due to buyers’ negligence. 

 

REFUND

Please allow up to five (5) business days for refunds to be processed once our warehouse has received your return. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
